Vietnam is steadfast in its adherence to international human rights treaties, including the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), Permanent Representative of Vietnam in Geneva Ambassador Mai Phan Dung told Vietnam News Agency (VNA) reporters there.
