Heavy rain leaves hundreds of homes submerged in Huong Hoa district

VOV.VN - Local residents in the mountainous district of Huong Hoa in the central province of Quang Tri suffered from a prolonged period of heavy downpours from September 3 to 4, resulting in rising water levels and causing severe difficulties for the lives of local residents.

After homes were submerged in parts of the district as a result of flooding, local residents were forced to evacuate in Huong Hoa district of Quang Tri province. |
