VOV.VN - The recent tropical depression to hit the central region brought with it an array of rain, strong winds, and flooding on September 3.

As the rain increased flood water gradually began to seep into many homes and stores along Dang Thai Than street. The rising water levels also meant vehicles were unable to travel down the street. |
