PetroVietnam Gas Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (PVID) held a ceremony on July 15 to inaugurate Vietnam’s first oil pipeline coating factory in Phu My 1 industrial park, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.
This is one of 10 key projects undertaken by the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PVN) to welcome the coming National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
It will be equipped with two lines using the world’s most modern technology to ensure pollution free operation.
Construction of this factory is part of Vietnam’s strategy for sustainable development in the field of energy.
The factory is expected to create a large number of jobs.
