International textile exhibition opens in Hanoi
(VOV) -The 12th Vietnam International Textile and Garment Industry Exhibition (VTG 2012) opened at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in HCM city on November 21, featuring machinery, equipment and accessories for textile production.
The event has drawn more than 180 domestic and foreign enterprises from 14 countries and territories including Germany, Canada, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Britain, the US, and host Vietnam.
VTG 2012 is a golden opportunity for Vietnamese enterprises to improve their competitiveness and seek new business partners.
During the event the Association of Garments, Textiles, Embroidery and Knitwear (Agtek) is holding a series of seminars to equip businesses with up-to-date information about the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and on how to increase profits for garment sector.
