The exhibition is divided into four main display areas showcasing products of plastics and rubber, package and printing, food processing technology, printing and brand names.

Six other areas are occupied by for foreign organisations, including the China Foreign Trade Centre, the All India Plastics Manufacturers' Association, the Singapore Manufacturers' Federation (SMa) and the Taiwan Plastics Industry Association

The exhibition is co-organised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Vietnam National Trade Fair and Advertising Company (VINEXAD), Hong Kong’s Chan Chao Company, the Yorkers Trade and Marketing Service Co., Ltd and Paper Communication Exhibition Service, the Chinese Taipei’s Shenzhen Mass Exhibition Co., Ltd.
