UK newspaper hails Vietnam as most coveted in SEA
VOV.VN - The Independent, a British online newspaper, has recently hailed Vietnam as the most coveted in Southeast Asia.
According to the newspaper, Vietnam is one of the top choices of British travellers thanks to its diverse natural beauty.
“Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Da Nang are the best destinations for those who want to experience Vietnamese cities, while Hoi An is sometimes referred to as the ‘Venice of Vietnam’ due to its canals, alongside its well-preserved Ancient Town comprised of wooden Chinese shop houses and French colonial buildings”, said the newspaper.
It also introduced other attractive places in the country, such as Ha Long Bay (the northern province of Quang Ninh), Phu Quoc (the southern province of Kien Giang), Cu Lao Cham (the central province of Quang Nam), Phong Nha Cave, Son Doong Cave (the northern province of Quang Binh), Mui Ne and sand dunes (the south central coastal province of Binh Thuan).
The British online newspaper suggested that visitors should visit Vietnam in April and September that fall just before and after the high season in the country and offer less humidity and lower temperatures than at the peak summer time.
