Vietnam national football team set to jump one place in FIFA rankings
VOV.VN -The Vietnam men’s national football team will climb one place from 100th to 99th in the latest International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) rankings with a total of 1,238 points, according to the calculations of Twitter Footy Rankings.

Twitter Footy Rankings said the results are based on the victories of the Vietnamese national team over Yemen and Jordan in both the group and knockout stages of the Asian Cup 2019.
The national squad will have more chances to earn points and climb higher to 97th place in the world rankings if they can beat Japan in the Asian Cup quarterfinals.
