The Vietnamese female rowing team, grouping Luong Thi Thao, Ho Thi Ly, Ta Thanh Huyen and Pham Thi Thao brought the first gold medal to Vietnam on August 23 after showing excellent performance at women’s lightweight quadruple sculls event. The teams from Iran and the Republic of Korea came second and third, respectively. |
