VOV.VN - As of September 1, the Vietnamese sports delegation is temporarily placed in 16th position.

Following is the medal tally at the Asian Games 2018 (ASIAD) on September 1:
1. China: 118 gold, 85 silver, 6 bronze medals
2. Japan: 69 gold, 50 silver, 70 bronze medals
3. The Republic of Korea: 43 gold, 54 silver, 63 bronze medals
4. Indonesia: 30 gold, 23 silver, 40 bronze medals
5. Iran: 19 gold, 19 silver, 20 bronze medals
6. Chinese Taipei: 16 gold, 17 silver, 27 bronze medals
7. Uzbekistan: 15 gold, 19 silver, 23 bronze medals
8. India: 13 gold, 23 silver, 29 bronze medals
9. Kazakhstan: 12 gold, 11 silver, 41 bronze medals
10. The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea: 12 gold, 9 silver, 13 bronze medals
Top 10 sports delegations at ASIAD are unveiled.
Vietnam stands in 16th position, 4 places higher than the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
