SEA Games 29: Archers win another medal for Vietnam

VOV.VN - Vietnamese archers Tien Cuong and Kieu Oanh clinched a bronze medal on August 18 in the mixed 70m compound (three-stringed bow) event at the ongoing SEA Games 29 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

With the points of 159-155, Tien Cuong and Kieu Oanh won over De La Crus and Cojuangco of the Philippines to win the bronze medal in the third day of the competition.

By 10am on August 18, the Vietnamese team had pocketed two silver and one bronze medals in the archery event.

The Vietnamese athletes will continue competing in archery, futsal and synchronised swimming.
