At the event, That received strong support from teammates, Nguyen Thi Thi, Nguyen Thi Thu Mai, and Tran Thi Thuy Trang to join the leading peloton.
She successfully surpassed her strong rivals in the form of Sun Jiajun of China and Jutatip Maneephan of Thailand to win the title.
According to Huynh Van Chanh, head coach of the Vietnamese cycling team, That will compete at the Paris Olympics as the Asian champion.
