VOV.VN - Football fans will have no chance to watch a much-awaited match between V - League and National Cup winners this year as the Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company (VPF) recently announced the cancellation of the National Super Cup 2021.

The 2020-2021 football season saw no V-League and National Cup winners named as it was cancelled due to the complicated nature of the COVID-19 outbreak, meaning there will be no National Super Cup match, the VPF said in its announcement.

The VPF also unveiled that the first round of Division 1 fixtures in the V-League 2022 season will start on February 19, and Division 2 fixtures next week.
