Local marksmen to compete at Asian Rifle/Pistol Cup in Indonesia

According to details given by the competition’s organising board, the event will consist of three categories, including men and women’s senior, men and women’s junior, and men and women’s young.

The Vietnamese team will be competing in the men's Rifle and Pistol and women’s pistol events.

Despite shooting being removed by Cambodia from SEA Games 32 next year, the Vietnamese shooters are still take part in training camps as they seek to attend other international competitions.

The Vietnamese shooting team has recorded plenty of notable achievements in regional and international competitions over recent years. In November, 2022, Vietnam claimed a bronze medal at the 15th Asian Airgun Championship in Daegu in the Republic of Korea.
