Each team will play 18 matches during the four-month competition.
In the fourth match on January 15, the Buffaloes met Adroit from Singapore and beat them by a score of 79-67. Earlier, they defeated PEA from Thailand 77-67 in the third round.
The team next meets Hi-tech Bangkok City in the fifth match of the season.
