F4 Futures tennis tournament set to open on October 22
VOV.VN - The famous Vietnamese tennis player Ly Hoang Nam will return home to compete in the Vietnam F4 Futures tournament between October 22 - 28 and the following Vietnam F5 Futures tournament between October 29 and November 4 in the southwestern province of Tay Ninh.

Hoang Nam was the No. 1 seed in Vietnam throughout the F1, F2, F3 Futures tournaments in May 2018, although he did not win any championship titles during that time.
He managed to get through to the final round of the F1 Futures, where he lost to Chinese Taipei’s Chun Hsin Teng 3-6, 6-7.
In the Vietnam F4 Futures tournament, the No 1. seed is Russian player Roman Safiullin who is currently ranked 300th in the world and won championship titles at the Russia F3 and Egypt F10 tournaments.
The winner of Vietnam’s F4 and F5 Futures tournaments will receive US$3,600 and get 27 points in the rankings of the Association of Tennis Professional (ATP).
Apart from Hoang Nam, other Vietnamese players including Trinh Linh Giang, Hoang Thanh Trung, Timothy Toan Phung and Le Quoc Khanh will compete at the tournament.
