VOV.VN - Tran Nguyen Duy Nhan of Military Zone 7 successfully fended off his two strongest rivals Le Nguyet Minh and Nguyen Thanh Tam to win the 14th stage of the Ho Chi Minh City Television Cycling Tournament 2018 on April 12.
