Winners of “Denmark in Your Eyes” contest announced
VOV.VN - As the organisers of the “Denmark in Your Eyes” contest, the Vietnam Denmark Friendship Association (VIDAFA) and the Embassy of Denmark jointly unveiled a list of the 21 winners of this year’s contest during an awards ceremony recently held in Hanoi.
Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the contest changed from a normal painting contest to an online test with a specific focus on the theme of finding out about Denmark, along with Danish-Vietnamese diplomatic relations.
The organisers of the contest received 16,000 entries from students aged between six and 18 across the country over a one-month period.
The competition’s grand prize was awarded to 15-year-old Nguyen Duc Vuong from the northern province of Hung Yen.
Along with the grand prize, 20 individual awards were also given to students from Hanoi, Khanh Hoa, Tien Giang, Dong Nai, and Binh Thuan, among others.
