Vietnam-Netherlands Inter-Government Committee convenes 5th session
VOV.VN - The Vietnam-Netherlands Inter-Government Committee opened its 5th session in Hanoi on March 30 to discuss adaptation to climate change and water resource management.

In a speech, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Minh Quang said the meeting demonstrated the two countries’ determination to step up cooperation in implementing the Strategic Partnership Agreement on Climate Change Adaptation and Water Resource Management which was signed in 2010.
Quang said the agreement helped Vietnam improve its resilience to climate change.
At the close of the meeting, both parties signed a number of cooperative agreements.
