US ambassador presents helmets to Vietnamese children
(VOV) - US ambassador to Vietnam Ted Osius has visited and presented helmets to children in SOS Children’s Village in Hanoi. His visit is part of activities to mark the 20th anniversary of the normalisation of Vietnam-US diplomatic ties.
