Three dead with a further 31 injured in Hoa Binh road traffic accident
VOV.VN -Three people have been killed with an additional 31 others suffering serious injuries following a major road traffic accident which took place in Dong Bang commune, Mai Chau district, Hoa Binh province.

| The accident occurred at 00:20 on June 17 at Km134+300 on National Highway 6. |

| According to initial reports, a truck which was travelling in the direction of Son La-Hanoi, crashed into a passenger coach which was travelling towards Hanoi-Dien Bien. |

| The driver of the passenger coach died at the scene while two other people were also killed before they could be taken to hospital. |

| Upon receiving reports of the incident, traffic police made their way to the scene in order to investigate the incident further. |

| Most of the coach was completely destroyed in the crash. |

| The force of the accident caused the truck, which was carrying scrap metal, to flip over. |
 |
| The registration plate of the passenger coach was 27B-00371. |
 |
| Injured people who were able to escape the crash were immediately transferred to a local hospital to receive treatment. |
