Quang Ninh police arrest three wanted Chinese criminals
VOV.VN -Police in the northern province of Quang Ninh said on March 1, they arrested three persons of Chinese nationality who were wanted by the Chinese police.

The criminals were arrested while hiding in Mong Cai city. Quang Ninh police has successfully handed over the three men to the Chinese police.
