Hoang Thuy visits Thien Phuoc Center for disabled children
VOV.VN -The first runner-up of Miss Universe Vietnam 2017, Hoang Thuy, visited Thien Phuoc Center in Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh City to bring gifts to the disabled children.

| She and her fellow beauty queens have been attending a number of charitable activities arranged by the Miss Universe Vietnam pageant’s organizing board. |
