At the reception, Deputy Director Hai provided the contingent, which included reporters from the Lao Pasaxon, Cambodian Brochichuon and French L’Humanité newspapers an overview of the organization’s 70-year history.
VOV currently has eight radio stations, 20 TV networks, along with a vast number of printed and online newspapers, Hai said. It has also established cooperative relations with dozens of radio and TV broadcasters around the globe.
For their part, the foreign visitors said they were extremely impressed by VOV’s organizational structure, programming and technological advances.
They also took the opportunity to express their pleasure with the fine organization of the 12th National Party Congress and in particular, Vietnam’s accomplishments during the past 30 years of renovation.
