Fire rips through wood workshop in Gia Lai

According to Tran Dang Khoa, head of the local recuse force, the huge fire broke out at 2:30 pm and completely destroyed the workshop.

Four fire engines and 25 fire fighters were mobilized to the scene to tackle the blaze, which took nearly 6 hours to be brought under control.

The fire destroyed all 70 cubic meters of wood in the workshop, with a value of more than VND1 billion. 

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
