10 cakes of heroin snagged at Son La border crossing

Arrested were Tong Cu Song, 32, and Po Ho, 25, who were caught in the act of illegally concealing the drugs in their personal belongings and attempting to transport them from Laos into Vietnam.

Both of the offenders listed their home residence in Houaphan Province in Laos.

The drugs and offenders have been turned over to the Houaphan Provincial Police for prosecution.
