Vietnam, UK sign MoU on administration reform cooperation
VOV.VN - The Government Office signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on administrative reform cooperation with the UK’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy in Hanoi on August 28.

He said he hopes the two UK agencies will help Vietnam with training to make breakthroughs in administrative reform.
UK Ambassador to Vietnam Gareth Ward said the signing aims to boost reform and economic development in ASEAN markets and Vietnam.
He also affirmed his nation’s readiness to help Vietnam ameliorate its business climate and a number of fields, including infrastructure, smart city building, finance and health.
The MoU, to be valid until March 2021, clarifies common principles, goals, scopes, and forms of collaboration and assistance among the sides concerned. It is part of the UK’s commonwealth fund to support its partners and other countries in promoting administrative reform and economic development for poverty reduction and comprehensive growth.
