President to visit Cuba, attend APEC High-level Week in Peru
VOV.VN - President Tran Dai Quang will pay an official visit to Cuba from November 15 -17 at the invitation of the President of the Cuban State Council and Council of Ministers Raul Castro, said the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs on November 9.
