PM extends condolences over passing of former Kuwaiti PM
Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on September 16 sent a message of condolences to his Kuwaiti counterpart Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah over the passing of former Kuwaiti PM Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah.
Former PM Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah passed away on September 14 at the age of 82, according to the Kuwait Times.
