Overview of President Quang’s Egypt visit

President Tran Dai Quang and his wife arrived in Luxor city on August 25 afternoon (local time), starting his State visit to Egypt from August 25-28 at the invitation of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi. |

The State leader asked Vietnamese agencies in Egypt to keep close track of the situation in Egypt and propose specific measures to strengthen all-around ties between the two nations. |

Meeting with Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, President Quang expressed his hope that the visit will contribute to helping both nations realise their set goals of US$1 billion in bilateral trade value by 2020. |
