Lao diplomat congratulates Vietnamese FM
VOV.VN - Lao Minister of Foreign Affairs Saleumxay Kommasith has offered a letter of congratulations to Bui Thanh Son on his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam.
Bui Thanh Son, who serves as a member of the Party Central Committee in the 12th and 13th tenures and member of the 14th-term and 15th-term National Assembly, was named as Minister of Foreign Affairs by the 15th legislature on July 28.
