Vietnam expects RoK to soon stabilise situation, says Foreign Ministry spokesper
VOV.VN - Vietnam is closely monitoring the current development in the Republic of Korea, and believes that the RoK will soon stabilize the situation and continue to develop robustly in the near future, said Pham Thu Hang, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Hang was speaking at a regular press briefing of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in response to reporters’ question regarding the political crisis happening in the country.
She cited a report by the Vietnamese Embassy in Seoul, saying recent developments in the RoK have not affected the daily lives of the Vietnamese community there.
Upon receiving news about the current situation in the RoK, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has instructed the Vietnamese Embassy to closely monitor the developments, immediately contact local authorities and Vietnamese associations locally, and gather information about Vietnamese citizens living, working, and studying in the country, said the spokesperson.
The embassy has promptly coordinated with key members of the Vietnamese community and advised citizens to adhere to local regulations and guidelines, avoid large gatherings, and maintain contact with the Vietnamese Embassy.
According to sources, Vietnamese expatriates in the RoK continue to live, work, and study as usual.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with the Vietnamese Embassy in the RoK, will continue to closely monitor the situation and implement necessary measures to safeguard the citizens, said Hang.
