Deputy PM starts visit to DPRK
VOV.VN - Deputy Prime Minister cum Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh arrived in Pyongyang on February 12, beginning his three-day official visit to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) at the invitation of DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho, according to Yonhap news agency.
The visit came after DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho paid an official visit to Vietnam from November 29 to December 2 last year.
