Deputy Defence Minister hosts Chinese Ambassador
VOV.VN - Deputy Defence Minister Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien hosted a reception in Hanoi on October 11 for Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam Xiong Bo.
