Congratulations to Turkmenistan over Independence Day
VOV.VN - Party General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong on September 27 extended a message of congratulations to President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow on the occasion of the country’s Independence Day (September 27).
The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also offered his greetings to Turkmenistan’s Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov.
