Condolences to Philippines over former President's passing
VOV.VN - State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on June 24 extended his condolences to President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte over the death of former President Benigno Aquino III.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son also extended his condolences to his Philippine counterpart Teodoro Locsin.
Former President Benigno Aquino died on the same day at the age of 61.
