In his opening remarks, Nguyen Van Quyen, president of the Vietnam Lawyers Association, says the function is expected to improve public awareness about the country’s sovereignty over Truong Sa and Hoang Sa.

The exhibition also helps to inspire patriotism, solidarity, and responsibility to safeguard Vietnamese sovereignty over seas and islands among people from all walks of life, particularly young people, he says.
