The music festival is held as part of activities to mark 60 years of the Vietnam People’s Police Force.

The programme starts with a cavalry parade of the Mobile Police force.

During the 30-minute performance, majestic mobile policemen riding on horseback parade through the main street surrounding the Ho Guom (Returned Sword Lake).

Then comes the parade of the Traffic Police.

In his opening speech, Deputy Minister of Public Security of Vietnam Lieut. Gen. Nguyen Duy Ngoc. notes the ASEAN+ Police Band Concert 2022 is a special musical event which honours the traditional day of the Vietnam People’s Police Force, as well as police cooperation among ASEAN countries.
