VOV.VN - The streets and public places around Hanoi have been beautifully decorated in a bid to create a jubilant atmosphere, thereby reflecting the hospitability of the host country ahead of the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31).

The upcoming SEA Games 31 set to take place from May 12 to May 23 in Hanoi and 11 other cities and provinces  will mark the second time that the country has hosted the Games, the last time being back in 2003.
