Flag-raising ceremony marks National Reunification Day

VOV.VN - A flag-raising ceremony was held at the Hien Luong-Ben Hai special national monument in Vinh Linh district, Quang Tri province, on April 30 to mark the 47th anniversary of the Liberation of South Vietnam and National Reunification Day.
