Designer Viet Bao promotes Ao Dai at National Tourism Year festival

VOV.VN - Vietnamese designer Viet Bao is introducing his collection of Ao Dai, the nation’s traditional long dress, at an exhibition as part of National Tourism Year 2021 which is running in Ninh Binh province from December 17 to December 24.

His Ao Dai collection draws inspiration from sketches on different aspects of heritage by painters from across the country.

The collection is introduced at an exhibition which features various different parts of Vietnam’s cultural heritage, as well as the country’s numerous landscapes and traditional handicraft products.

He hosts the Ao Dai Festival 2014 at Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Vietnamese Goods and Tourism Week 2018 in Thailand, as well as an Ao Dai fashion show during the Hue Festival 2016.
