The four locations are connected via a live online broadcast, and the total number of personnel participating in the rehearsals across all four sites exceed 5,400.

Those participating in the Hanoi rehearsal site represent various formations, such as the Female Military Band, Army Officers, Navy Officers, Air Defense - Air Force Officers, Coast Guard Officers, Female Signal Officers, Female Military Medical Officers, Female Vietnam Peacekeeping Force, Armored Soldiers, Special Forces Soldiers, Female Militia and others.
