A press conference for the 11th Ho Chi Minh City Áo Dài Festival take place on February 27, marking the beginning of a series of activities to honour the beauty of the traditional costume.

Miss Grand International 2021 Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, Miss Intercontinental 2022 Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, Miss International 2024 Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy, and Mister World Runner-up 2024 Pham Tuan Ngoc are entrusted with the role of Ambassadors.

“I believe that wearing the Áo Dài is not just about putting on a beautiful outfit; it is about preserving, maintaining, and promoting the traditional values of our nation,” says Miss Grand International 2021 Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien at the press briefing.

“As a Vietnamese, I always feel proud whenever I wear the traditional Áo Dài. I am grateful to the Ho Chi Minh City Áo Dài Festival 2025 for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this journey. I hope to spread the love for Áo Dài to everyone,” says Mister World Runner-up 2024 Pham Tuan Ngoc.

In addition, the Ambassadors of the Ho Chi Minh City Áo Dài Festival 2025 also include Miss Vietnam - Actress Tran Tieu Vy, Miss Vietnam - Actress Doan Thien An, and Miss National Vietnam 2024 Nguyen Ngoc Kieu Duy.

“I still remember in 2018, when I participated in the Miss World competition, I wore the Vietnamese Áo Dài and introduced the graceful and delicate beauty of our traditional attire to international friends. That was a joy and happiness for me, as a Vietnamese,” shares Miss Vietnam Tran Tieu Vy.
