Vietnam wins big at 16th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final
VOV.VN - Vietnam claimed a total of six awards at the 16th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final which was recently held online.
The awards include prizes for Best Lifestyle Developer by Gamuda Land JSC and Best Sustainable Developer by CapitaLand Development Vietnam.
Elsewhere, two of the most competitive titles, Best Condo Architectural Design and Best Landscape Architectural Design, went to Promena by National Housing Organization, JSC and Grand Marina, and Saigon by Masterise Homes.
The Best Industrial Development award was given to the Bình Dương Industrial Park by Frasers Property Vietnam and the Best Hotel Interior Design award was presented to Park Hyatt Phu Quoc Residences by BIM Land.
Jules Kay, managing director of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events, said, “There is no doubt that the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards have become the most respected and sought-after real estate awards series in the Asia Pacific region.”
“When we switched to a virtual platform last year in many countries, our digital and hybrid gala presentations were viewed by over half a million people across 11 regional markets,” he stressed.

The 2021 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series culminated in a celebratory virtual finale that was held in order to commend the Asia Pacific’s most exemplary developers, along with the developments and designs across 31 categories, with some 135 companies in contention for this year’s awards.
Organised by PropertyGuru Group, the 16th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final was supported by platinum sponsor Kohler, in addition to gold sponsor Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
