iTech Expo 2025 highlights global innovations and tech trends
VOV.VN - The 2025 International Technology Exposition (iTech Expo 2025), opened in Ho Chi Minh City on July 9, offering a dynamic platform for businesses to explore innovation opportunities and gain access to the cutting-edge technology trends in the world.

On display at over 120 pavilions are core and highly interactive technologies by local and foreign firms, covering on such fields as artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, drone, Robot, Holobox along with specialized applications - EdTech, AgriTech, Fintech, and cybersecurity.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Lam Dinh Thang, director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, emphasised the need for collaborative efforts to establish a modern and synchronised digital governance platform, starting at the grassroots level. This initiative, he stated, would contribute to the city's sustainable development, by leveraging technology as a vital tool to enhance management efficiency and foster the growth of the digital economy, digital society, and digital citizens.
The expo serves as an ideal venue for businesses to fully tap into innovation potential, access the latest new technology trends such as artificial intelligence, green technology, big data, and cloud computing, he said.
It lays a foundation for the launch of a series of upcoming activities, demonstrating the strong cooperation among the State, enterprises, experts and creative community, he added.
The organisers have set up a dedicated area to provide consultations for representatives of 168 wards, communes, and special zones in Ho Chi Minh City, as well as several other localities interested in building e-government systems and learning from digital transformation practices that serve citizens and businesses.
Furthermore, a digital platform for management over trade exchange has been launched for the first time at the event with the aim of helping businesses proactively connect and optimise cooperation opportunities.
During the three-day expo, a series of seminars will be held featuring experts from global technology corporations such as Dell Technologies, Amazon Web Services (AWS), NVIDIA, Acer, Intel, and Logitech, alongside leading Vietnamese enterprises including Viettel, VNPT, CMC Telecom, and DigiEx.
