AEON Vietnam named among best workplace in Asia
VOV.VN - The AEON Vietnam Company Limited has been honoured in the list of the "Best companies to work for in Asia" by the region's leading human resources magazine HR Asia.
This marks the third consecutive year that AEON Vietnam has been rewarded with the title.
The result announced by HR Asia on February 23 is based on a survey conducted among 30,000 employees from 581 businesses nationwide.
AEON Vietnam scored high in all three criteria: Core (Corporate culture); Self (Level of association), and Group (Group spirit).
Over the past two years, AEON Vietnam has managed to retain its workforce of approximately 4,000 employees despite declining revenue and profit due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Simultaneously, it has always kept connections and interactions within the company to create a friendly working environment for all.
The company was once again honoured together with other brands such as Coca Cola Vietnam, Grab Vietnam, and Unilever Vietnam.
"Best companies to work for in Asia" is held by HR Asia magazine annually, aiming to honour companies with outstanding HR policies, leading working environment, and those that regularly deploy vibrant internal activities to connect employees.
Last year saw the award draw the participation of thousands of large enterprises in 13 Asian countries and territories, including Hong Kong and Taiwan (China), Singapore, China, and Vietnam.
