President offers Tet greetings to Ministry of Public Security's affiliates

In his working session with the General Department No 5, the President called for better strategic advisory to protect national sovereignty, interests and security while promoting Party building and ultimate loyalty.
The State leader expected the Ministry of Public Security to be a pioneer in the implementation of the Party resolutions on Party building.
