NA examines law on administrative procedures
The National Assembly deputies examined draft amendments to the Law on Administrative Procedures during their plenary session in Hanoi on June 23.
Points of discussion covered the legal status of the People’s Procuracy in administrative procedures, the settlement of complaints under the authority of the People’s Courts, among others.
In the afternoon, the NA discussed a draft law on referendum, focusing on issues to be subject to referendum, agencies and organisations authorized to propose a referendum, the scale of and the announcement of results of referendum.
On June 24, the legislature is due to pass a revised State Audit Law and look into a draft Law on Information Security.
Later in the afternoon, lawmakers will debate a draft Law on Hydrometeorology.
