NA Chairwoman greets senior Czech legislator
VOV.VN -National Assembly (NA) Chairman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan and Vice Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Vojtech Filip have agreed that both nations need to promote cooperation at the Party, Government, NA channel and people-to-people exchange.

The Czech Republic backs Vietnam’s bid for a non-permanent seat at the UN Security Council in the 2020-2021 tenure as well as the signing of the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA), he said, adding that his country desires to cooperate with Vietnam in automobile manufacturing and healthcare.
The Czech Republic is making visa granting effort for Vietnamese students who want to study and work in the country. In return, the Czech Republic also wants Vietnam to exempt visas for Czech citizens visiting Vietnam, he said.

Chairwoman Ngan told her guest that Vietnam aims to foster relations with traditional friends in central and eastern Europe, including the Czech Republic.
Earlier, the Czech delegation had a working session with the NA Committee for Culture, Education, Youth,Adolescents and Children.
