VOV.VN -Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh will pay an official visit to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) over February 12-14 at the invitation of Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho.

The DPRK visit by Deputy PM and FM Pham Binh Minh takes place in the context of US President Donald Trump's last week confirmation of his meeting with DPRK leader Kim Jong-un at the upcoming summit slated for February 27- 28 in Vietnam.
